C-280T/280E:The printer has an error. Please restart your printer!
If there are abnormalities when operating the C-280T/C-280E’s cutter set and the print head, the LCD interface will display the following information:tube printer
C-280T/280E:The print head has dead pixel(s) or no connection to the printer!
When it is turning on, the tube printer will detect the print head. If the following information is displayed: The print head has dead pixel(s) or no connection to the printer!
C-280T/280E:Top cover is open.
While the machine is printing and the top cover is open, the tube printer will display the following dialog boxes: Top cover is open, please close; The printer will immediately halt printing.
C-280T/280E:Printer paused.
If the STOP key is pressed while printing, the tube printer will stop printing after cutting printed section, and the LCD interface will display the following information: Printer paused.
C-280T/280E:No ribbons.
When the tube printer has detected there is no more carbon tape, the LCD will display the following message: “No ribbons,” and the printer will stop printing;
C-280T/280E:No tubes.
When the tube printers has detected there's no more tubes,the LCD will display the following message: “No tubes,” and the printer will stop printing;
C-280T/280E:Illegal ribbons!
At the begging of printing, when the tube printers detect fake ribbon,the following message will be display: "Fake ribbons,"
C-280T/280E:Illegal label taps、I.D. strips!
At the begging of printing, when the tube printer detect fake label taps or I.D. strips, the message will be desplayed and printer paused
C-280T/280E:The print media is jammed!
When the tube printer detects abnormal rotation in the motor, that means that the print media is jammed! After troubleshooting, turn it upside down and remove consumables!
C-280T/280E:Has not detected the front end of the consumables.
When the tube printer is loading supplies and has not detected the front end of the consumables.
C-280T/280E:Printing side is blurry or blotchy.
Some possible causes may be: Printer head is dirty, printer roller is dirty, printer’s image density settings are too low, carbon tape is wrinkled, or the demands of the operating environment have been exceeded.
