  1. KB-3000：Device Not Ready

    When the machine displays “Device Not Ready”, please check printer’s USB connection to the PC,

  2. KB-3000：White lines or entirely white on the surface of the print media.

    While printing, if there’re white lines or entirely white on the surface of the print media, that indicates that the printer head might be dirty or broken. Please follow the following steps to fix the issue:
